To close off Ducati’s week long Wrooom event, a 25 lap karting event was held on a frozen lake at the Madonna di Campiglio resort. Stoner finished ahead of Massa, with Luca Badoer (test rider for Ferrari) coming in 3rd, and Nicky Hayden finishing in 4th place. The race featured a number of racers and test-drivers from the Ducati and Ferrari GP teams.

The karts were fitted with spiked tires for traction on the quarter-mile ice rink circuit which featured chicanes on the front and back straights.
