Yamaha are still stretching their funny muscles with another actually genuinely amusing video – this time featuring Ben Spies describing how he learns each track…..by visualising them as animals. For example, Spies describes the layout of Donington as a Whale, Laguna Seca is a T-Rex and so….except it’s actually funny.
The video also features Colin Edwards, Jorge Lorenzo, and James Toseland poking fun at himself about his crash at the British MotoGP at Donington in 2008, “I tried the Ben Spies method last year at Donington Park, and entered turn 1, pictured the whale and it flipped me off over the bar”.
Watch out for Valentino Rossi at the end stroking a cat like Dr. Evil – suggesting that Rossi is clearly an advocate of the ‘Ben Spies Method’
